Which businesses are the sprints suitable for?

German SMEs, service businesses, consultants and digital product teams with one well-defined problem.

When does the delivery time start?

After payment, confirmed scope and receipt of the complete required inputs.

What do you need from us?

Goals, existing content, relevant links, tool access and fast subject-matter feedback.

How many revision rounds are included?

The landing-page and UX sprints include one consolidated revision round. The audit includes a findings call.

Can additional services be added?

Yes. Additional pages, screens, workflows or integrations are quoted separately before work begins.

Is the introductory call free?

Yes, the 15-minute introductory call is free and without obligation.

How does payment work?

After the enquiry, the proposal defines a suitable payment model. Invoice payment and sensible milestones are available.

What happens if the project is delayed?

Missing inputs or delayed decisions may move the schedule. Any new timing is agreed transparently.

Do you work with sensitive data?

Real sensitive data should not be used during sprint prototyping. Suitable test data is agreed in advance.

Is implementation included in the UX Design Sprint?

No. The UX sprint delivers design, prototype and specifications, but no frontend or backend implementation.

Do I receive editable files?

Yes, where included in the sprint, editable files and documentation are handed over.

Can I start with an audit and expand later?

Yes. An audit is often a useful first step before landing-page, UX or workflow implementation.
