Terms

These general notes describe collaboration with Devlopa for digital sprints. Binding contractual terms are created only through an individual proposal, order confirmation or separate agreement.

Each sprint includes only the services explicitly described. Additional pages, screens, workflows, integrations or revision rounds are agreed separately.

Clients provide required content, access, contacts and decisions in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing cooperation may move the schedule.

Payment method, invoicing and possible milestones are agreed individually in the relevant proposal.
